No Refund Policy

All ebook purchases are final after payment submission and approval. Because ebooks are digital products that may be accessed immediately after approval, refunds are not provided for change of mind, accidental purchase, partial reading, device issues, or failure to review the product description before purchase. If a duplicate charge, unauthorized payment, or technical delivery problem occurs, contact the administrator with the order reference for investigation. This policy does not remove any rights that cannot legally be excluded.
